Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoGobies website, app, and related services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform role
GoGobies provides a technology platform that helps clients discover and book independent beauty and grooming professionals. GoGobies does not provide beauty or grooming services and is not an employer of Professionals listed on the Platform.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and booking information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location
- Treat Professionals with respect and follow applicable house rules
3. Professional responsibilities
Professionals are independent providers responsible for service quality and delivery, compliance with applicable laws and safety requirements, punctuality, and maintaining appropriate insurance where required.
4. Bookings, payments, and cancellations
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
- Pricing, fees, and cancellation windows are shown before you confirm a booking
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as disclosed at booking
- Refunds, when applicable, are handled according to Platform policies and payment provider rules
5. Disputes between users
Disputes regarding service quality, conduct, or outcomes are primarily between the client and the Professional. GoGobies may help facilitate communication but does not guarantee any particular outcome.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGobies is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of Professionals or other users, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of Platform fees paid in the prior twelve months or CAD $100.
7. No warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
