Terms of Service

Effective date: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MobileCarePros website, app, and related services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform role

MobileCarePros provides a technology platform that helps clients discover and book independent beauty and grooming professionals (“Professionals”). MobileCarePros does not provide beauty or grooming services and is not an employer of Professionals listed on the Platform.

2. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and booking information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location
  • Treat Professionals with respect and follow applicable house rules

3. Professional responsibilities

Professionals using the Platform are independent providers and are responsible for:

  • The quality and delivery of their services
  • Compliance with applicable laws, licensing, and safety requirements
  • Arriving on time and communicating about schedule changes
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance where required by law or profession

4. Bookings, payments, and cancellations

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
  • Pricing, fees, and cancellation windows are shown before you confirm a booking
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as disclosed at booking
  • Refunds, when applicable, are handled according to Platform policies and payment provider rules

5. Disputes between users

Disputes regarding service quality, conduct, or outcomes are primarily between the client and the Professional. MobileCarePros may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication but does not guarantee any particular outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileCarePros is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of Professionals or other users, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of amounts you paid to MobileCarePros for Platform fees in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $100.

7. No warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are a summary of key points and do not replace a full legal review. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
